HFC x GDG Hackathon is for everyone who shows up to build. We expect every participant, mentor, judge, sponsor, volunteer and organizer to follow this.
Be respectful
No harassment, discrimination or intimidation of any kind, in person or online, including comments about gender, identity, age, disability, appearance, race, religion or nationality. Disagreement is fine; contempt is not.
Pitch, don't pressure
The marketplace is a game. Ask people to invest; do not nag, trade favours, or touch anyone's phone. Investing is personal and final.
Your work is yours
Bring your own code and content, or things you are licensed to use. Credit what you reuse. Teams own what they build together.
Take care of the space
Follow Hult building rules, keep the room tidy, and nobody stays overnight. Alcohol is not part of this event.
If something is wrong
Talk to any organizer wearing a staff badge, or write to youssefchama.pro@gmail.com. We will act quickly and discreetly. Organizers can remove anyone from the event, without refund, for breaking this code.
Bring an idea or bring your skills. Leave with a team.
